Used with CPVC. Works great!
Using these for a garden project using 1/2" CPVC to attach very thin row cover fabric - 4-5 layers of the fabric wrapped around the pipe. So far so good. Snug enough and have removed clamps without too much effort or breaking any of the snap clamps nor ripping the fabric. If you just put the clamp directly onto a 1/2" CPVC pipe it slides loosely on the pipe.

Holds but Tears Cover and Hard to Remove
I gave them two stars because they do clip but it tears whatever you are using it to hold and it's VERY hard to remove. I am disappointed as I really needed them to work. I returned them as the row cover cost more to replace than this clips did, using stainless steel greenhouse clips instead.
