Once you get the knack of putting these on they work well. But they need to be quite tight to prevent ant leaks. I found they did what they are meant for.

These have proved a far better product that some of the leading brands. After my husband had a stroke, we struggled to find a product that was effective yet invisible enough to maintain his dignity. I can't recommend these highly enough.Effective for double incontinence.

Not true to size

Very well made, and nice and soft.

The product seems to have been gone worse in quality. The side panels tear really easy and you are afraid of taping it n case it rips. The absorbent core is quite slow to take in liquid and doesn’t seem to keep it in either. You end up with a wet bed. Definitely not worth the trouble ordering and trying them. After trying them for 3 nights the rest went straight to the bin. Better off with a different brand even if you pay the difference at least you will save on laundry.
