Deluxe Rustic Soap/Lotion Dispenser

Very well built and easy to install. I ordered the Oil Rubbed Bronze the box says it is Oil Rubbed Bronze but the picture tells a different story. There are two different Oil Rubbed Bronze products, a black comb, and the Soap dispenser in the attached photo, the dispenser is closer to Matte Black. I would give this a 5 if the color was better.

The top metallic part of dispenser is good. However the soap plastic container is not easy to install and is not reliable. When contaner is full with soap it is heavy and can't be attached to top part under counter - it is simply fallen down and soap speads around.

This works fine, it's nice that you can refill it from the top. However it's a little hard/awkward to pump. Wish Grohe had more styles/options to go with their faucets.

We purchased this higher end product only to have the tip of the dispenser rust off and the oil rubbed bronze look chip off around the base. Was looking to replace it, but was shocked to see how much I paid for it. Very disappointed in the quality. Will look for an alternative.

Three months after installation the Grohe soap dispenser started to peel. Amazon told me to call Grohe to replace, which was an inconvenience, since I was on hold for almost 40 minutes. My entire sink has Grohe products, all or parts of have had to be replaced. Would never purchase again.

Keeps counters clean. After remodeling my kitchen I purchased a Grohe faucet and decided to go with the soap dispeser as well. Heavy duty product. Absolutely love it. No more ugly soap bottles on the counter.

This dispenser is perfect. It matches my faucet and it looks nice in my new kitchen and it works great too.
