I have been using this since I had my baby last year. It helps to soothe his gum instantly. Not sure how it works, but it does. Depending on how fussy he is, I may use half a sachet. Try it.

This powder is great! It really works. I used it with my first son when living i the UK. There is quite cheap, you can buy a box for 6 pounds. This one is very expensive, but I bought anyway because I know it works, and I know it comes from the UK. I decided to buy now that I live in the US, and my second son is theething hard...

Received my box of A&P only to find that is was not the original from the UK, but from...get this, Nigeria? The box was tattered, the seals were in terrible shape and the white power was not in a sachet, but in a non-sealed piece of wax paper. Seemed highly fake - I wouldn't give it to my little one. I took the loss and just tossed it in the trash bin.

Ordered this item opened the packet to give it to my baby and there’s a live bug running around it and trying to crawl up the packet?! There the entire thing in the bin ordered less than a month ago so clearly in date

These powders are so good, I use it night time especially when my son wakes up in the middle of the night crying because his gums are hurting him. I use my finger to put the powder on and then using my fingers I rub his gums which helps him. He doesn't like to take any medicine so using my finger is a good way of tricking him to think that I am just soothing his gums with my fingers. It's tasteless so your child really won't know that you are giving him "medicine".

Disappointing. There is nothing in them like nothing. Empty brought 2 packets never work as basically nothing even in the packets. I got 40. Clearly disgusting service my daughter is teething bad so thanks for letting me waste money on something I basically didn't even bloody recieve so brilliant. Waste of money.. I will never use this products again.

Bought these for my baby and she loves them. Had them with my first child aswell. Compared to gel.. I love how the powder goes straight on her tongue or rubbed around her gums for instant relief. So u know its dissolving in unlike gel where it can spat out or swallowed. May need more after half an hour. I give half a packet with a wet clean finger tip to hold the powder on and place it on tongue or around gums. Package says half a dose and use after half an hour if needed.. On occasions I have used full sachet within the same dose, roughly, and its not upset her. I don't give her a full sachet every half an hour though.. Just use your instincts and your child will be happy. Along side teething bracelet it's a win win happy baby.

I can't really say anything about the flavour myself, but my 5mo gets really excited when I bring it to her. Soothes her gums instantly. Also worth mentioning she's been on Propranolol since she was 6 weeks old, and this one was recommended to us by Alder Hey Children's Hospital as most other teething powders/gels contain numbing agents which can react with her medication. Absolute game-changer of a teething powder. Definitely recommend.
