35T Ceiling Fan Remote Control Replacement of Harbor Breeze KUJCE9603, FAN-35T,FCC ID: L3HFAN35T1 - CeilingBay

Purchased for the discontinued Harbor Breeze Avian 52" Fan Model #L05BN.Had been living without control of the fan other than the switch for several months. The fan was stuck on the preferred speed with the light on so it was not terrible. Wasn't sure if the problem was with the remote or the receiver so I purchased the kit with both. I set the switches on the new remote, popped in a battery and it was all good. Problem solved with no need to dive into a teardown. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Used to replace existing failed unit. Fit where the original one was mounted even though original one was in a curved shape. May not fit in all fans depending on the size of the space inside the fan. The wiring instructions are pretty clear, but may not cover all possible fan wiring arrangements. Some familiarity with ceiling fan wiring is suggested.

We used this to fix the remote control feature on our ceiling fans.

It works great but it took a while to get the transmitter to slide in place, it almost seems like it was too big for the slot but was able to force it in and cap the cover over.

Easy to install and got my fan working again. I suggest buying both items instead of trying to retrofit it with your current items

Was good just wish could be smaller to fit in hanger on fan ,but still great

I removed the transmitter from the fan and install the new transmitter that matches the remote and that was simple. It was already coded, it took less than ten minutes to set up.

Very good product. If looks like your old remote it will work.
