There was originally an email sent stating the product had arrived when in fact it had not been delivered to my residence. I contacted Amazon who requested I contact the seller. WKL Birch LLC responded very quickly indicating the email was in error and gave me a new delivery date which was only two days later. Nice to have a company take care of a problem and do it quickly without having the customer jump thru hoops. Thanks. Oh, and this is a great bathroom product. Been using it for a number of years. It's safe for septic, strong and soft.

I ordered this because of the mass hysteria going around this year. The same thing happened in March where everyone went out and hoarded all the toilet paper so there wasn't enough for everyone to go around, so I had to buy what we needed online (not hoarding just what we need). I can't believe I had to deal with the people hoarding again with this so-called second wave happening. I refuse to follow mainstream news, so I didn't have the heads up that the hoarding had started. I could not find any of the regular kinds I normally use because of the hoarding situation so this was the best price for what I thought was going to be mega rolls. These are definitely not mega, and they're not really that large like the listing says. I am disappointed in that since I want less waste and also less buying since the megas last so much longer. I go through these rolls super fast. They are pretty soft but they do seem to flake off in pieces which I'm not a fan of. Overall, at least I was able to find something to go to the bathroom with, I just need something that is thicker, more comfortable, and definitely a mega roll. I also want to say this is not terrible toilet paper anything, I just was pretty spoiled with the brand and type I used to order.

I started using this when I read about its high rating on the Consumer Reports website. We needed something very soft, that also breaks apart easily so as not to clog the toilet, or our septic tank, or to catch in the tree roots that invade our pvc pipe. This TP is soft and absorbent, and doesn’t bother a regular user who has hemorrhoids. I used to buy it at Wal-mart, but they stopped carrying it. I would buy it from Amazon again, but I recently found it at Winn-Dixie, so I might also get it there. This item was delivered in a timely manner, and I good condition.

This is the best three ply toilet paper that I have ever used. We have been using it for years and by far it is the best on the market. It is soft, absorbent, and the three ply is great! It is so difficult to find at local stores which is why Amazon is great to shop at.

I thought I was getting a superior product by ordering the 3 ply vs the 2 ply I ordered the last time. The 3 ply is less soft and the third ply actually peels and flakes during use. While not pleasant to discuss, I buy a superior product to met specific needs and this product does not do that due to the flaking and peeling. I'll have others use it or give it away and go back tot the two ply. For those who require a special product don't buy the 3 ply.

We have used this TP for years after it was highest rated by Consumer Reports, primarily for its characteristics once you flush. It is perfectly adequate when using to "wipe", but is among the best at disintegrating once flushed and thus easy on plumbing, particularly older plumbing and septic systems.

Best TP! There is a store 40 minutes away that used to carry this brand. My husband & I would drive there for it during pandemic shortages. We order online although it us unavailable right now🤷‍♀️
