Accurate product for low pressures
I bought this gauge to use from the advertised atmospheric pressure to 1 micron. After having a discussion with their technical support (Mario and Jason, great guys), it appears that this should only be used to accurately measure pressures below 100,000 microns. Very good customer service / technical support after finally speaking to someone about my issues and the product, not so much prior to having to return the first two. Had I not had issues and the product actually read from the advertised atmospheric to 1 micron like I needed, I would rate it five stars. Willing to try a different product by this company that will actually work for me.

Bought two. Both had exact same problem. Never buying one again.
Second one I've bought and second one that stopped working. I absolutely baby my gauges and yet both have had the exact same problem. No matter the pressure it just reads 760 torr at all times. Junk.
