STAR WARS The Black Series Dutch Vanders Figure

Like it or lump it, the Rebel Pilot onslaught continues and Hasbro does the subcategory a great service by putting out a perfect, fairly "generic" update of Gold Leader, Jon "Dutch" Vander.The articulation is what you'd expect from the more adult-targeted line, and while the subject matter (Rebel Pilots) has had MANY incarnations, it's something Hasbro's found they can do well and make a fair bit of coin off of.In this case, Vander's loaded with scads of articulation, but what I like is he's a basically average height, "generic" X-Wing/Y-Wing pilot... The head swaps with multiple army builders in the line like the Fleet Trooper, and the orange isn't off by a tad like their last pilot, Biggs, which just had a shade too reddish to it.This figure is a perfect army builder for the above reasons, and has all the articulation and detail you've come to expect from Hasbro when they're knocking out collector-targeted toys. Maybe boring for the kiddies (maybe not... pilots are cool right?), but not for the overgrown manchildren out there. Buy up!

Hasbro can switch heads on this pilot sculpt for another five years before the tooling falls apart; How about a Blue Leader from Rogue One hint hint nudge nudge.Seriously there are 14 points of articulation on Ol Dutch here. Some think it's too many but for $6 I'm happy to oblige

my son just loves recreating his favorite scenes with his second favorite character of Jon Vander. Oh the memories... The figure is cool looking and hold up pretty well to a 3 year olds playtime routine. Careful of small parts!

Good condition. The box had been opened and taped back together but there were no missing parts so all was good.

It is a excellent figure, compared to the older ones. With more details and moving parts, you can do so much more!

This is not a 6" Black Series figure. It arrived in good condition. The packaging was very good. I took a chance on the original description and picture. I wish that there was a picture of the figure in the original package. I would not have ordered this item had I have known what it actually was. It is a 3.75 inch figure. It does not meet my needs for my collection. Hopefully my son will not mind when it is gifted to him. He has a mixed collection.

Bought to open for loose but I found out I do not own this fella on card so he is stating in the bubble.Great articulation and attention to detail with this figure, as with all of the non 5 point articulation SW figures. Based on the Vintage Collection body used with Biggs, Wedge and many of the newer pilots.

What a great figure, fantastic detail with good articulation, stands well. This was brought for a big kids display and looks great with other figures, detail is spot on even down to the helmet markings, helmet can also be removed, fair price for an excellent figure.

Excellent purchase, arrived on time and as described, the black series figures are great.
