Item is broken, seller states not responsible
The product broke after a few months. The supplier states that it is 'so old ' it does not comply with their 'returns policy ' . I assume 'Clive' from the seller is confused and has failed to understand that THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY/BROKEN! and Clive is also unaware of consumer legislation.This was not a cheap item at £65 approx.Clive suggested I change the batteries...Duh!...I would not have thought of that on my own.To clarify:- The fault is nothing to do with the batteries. The mechanism of the toy is broken internally.Today is Sunday I will pursue the matter with Amazon on Monday.The response from the seller is totally unsatisfactory and the author is obviously unaware of consumer rights legislation.

Rubbish
This item was for my daughters birthday on the 25th May. It doesn’t work. We tried many batteries. Very disappointing and a total waste of money. Unable to contact seller to discuss a replacement.
