The sofa is excellent, very sturdy and attractive. As other reviewers noted the bottom cushions feel a bit firm, but the back cushion is much softer by comparison, which makes the sofa and chairs quite comfortable overall. We were impressed with how well-made and structurally solid the furniture was, and it was very easy to put together. We ordered eight different pieces all together (four chairs, one sofa, one coffee table, and two end-tables) and all the parts and hardware were included and in good working order. The sofa includes four little extra cushions which are attractive, a nice bonus.

We needed a new couch for our big screen porch to replace a futon we had there. Shopping and looking at oudoor furniture, all you find is plastic, uncomfortable things better designed for OUTSIDE (uncovered) and not what we needed.We found this one and initially balked at the price but it was exactly the style and material we wanted so we bought it. WORTH EVERY PENNY !!! Not only is it beautiful and well made but they put detail into how easy to assemble.Many things give you a bag of random hardware and an allen key and go figure out what goes where. Not this. 8 main bolts with the washers and lock washer already on and banded together. Then 2 of another size, assembled and banded. Then the final two again, banded. 3 steps to assemble. Took me 10 minutes and all nice and tight with the lock washersI jusy want to say the wood is so sturder in all places and if you want something to last, this will be it. It comes with all the cushions and 4 decorative pillows as shown in the picture. So you could use this casual couch anywhere. To say I am pleased is an understatement. Love our new outdoor sofa! It was so easy to put together! It’s a comfortable couch and makes our patio more inviting. Ordering from Ashley’s on Amazon made it easy with free delivery and Much cheaper than ordering at the store.

initially purchased another brand, was disappointed in the quality and returned it, then found this - exactly what we wanted in a sunroom to create a transition from inside to outside. It works. Sturdy and comfortable.

to be clear the one star (which was the inital rating.. and has since been updated to 4..see update below) is for the delivery and customer service, not the sofa itself.. because I'm sure the sofa is great (we have the chairs and they are awesome).. but I never received this sofa. the delivery was spontaneously canceled and refunded (not by me) so I cannot comment on the quality. I was not even offered a replacement.. not sure what happened. so buyer beware.. your delivery may be adjusted w/o your input.Update: one month later.. so I decided to reorder the sofa about a month ago and I am still awaiting delivery. (it's been rescheduled SIX times already after no-shows). can't wait to sit in it if I ever get it! looks like a very nice sofa! envious of all you folks who have had this sofa delivered w/o issues...UPDATE: 2 months later, after 3 orders of the same item and I finally rec'd this sofa! love it.. looks great on the pack porch. and as others have mentioned, the cushions are quite firm, but will likely soften over time.however, the delivery process after initial order was TERRIBLE.. a total of 2 months!, 9 no-shows and rescheduled deliveries, 15+ phone calls to customer service,. 5 verbal guarantees that didn't happen.and finally.. finally it showed up on my doorstep one morning.. no text, no call, just. appeared. I'll take it! so glad to get it at long last. it was very easy to assemble and thankfully was all intact. but what a saga to get it delivered.. really makes me weary to order large furniture pieces from Amazon in the future..

Love love love this sofa. I have searched so many designs and struggled through all the pandemic supply chain back logs and I am so happy that I stayed patient for this sofa. The problem with outdoor sofas are you either have to shell out big cash or go low hundreds and get something with no style and that you paid too much for and it will still fall apart on you. This sofa gets you the closest to high end out door seating with moderate price tag. It looks like you paid way more for it than you did. So elegant and my 220 significant other and me can fit on together and be comfortable and it’s sturdy. As far as put together it took me and my 10 year old son 30min to complete it and set it on deck. Only thing to note is the first one delivered the wood frame came broke and not usable. Amazon set up a replacement and a week later they took the old one and gave me a new one that was perfect.

I read all of the reviews here most were positive, . So I went and purchased the sofa and chair .. well I am so happy I did ! Amazing quality and looks super high end . Cushions are firm and comfortable. The chair is deep seating style and it’s super comfortable The wood is really nice as well. It comes with 4 accent pillows as well . I am in south florida so we have horrible weather where everything gets nasty outside but I have it in a covered patio where it can be protected. I wouldn’t put this out in the elements because it’s so nice I don’t want it to get ruined . This is so nice you can use it inside your home maybe in a family room. Happy with the purchase and the price was excellent ! Just saw the price is now double what I paid 😳. Glad I got it before it happened !
