Tablet with 8GB Memory 7 NEXT7P12-8GP

My husband absolutely loves using this tablet! It works so well for his work and also for him to check his email and read books. We both love the fact that it has cameras and that it has an SD slot for additional memory. He loves the fact that it utilizes Adobe which he needs for work constantly. Great tablet for the price.

I bought this item for 3 reasons: 1. low price. 2. The item description indicated it would do what I needed it for and 3. The amazon reviews were great. THIS ITEM IS AWFUL! I would return it if it were convenient. it takes a really long time to boot. It takes forever to load a web page. Even simple ones. not all apps are compatable with it. Most apps unexpectedly quit and often freeze. This includes its built in functions. Many apps take forever to open. This thing is slow slow slow. I have an old el cheapo android phone and it is lightning fast compared to this nextbook. Am not lying or exaggerating one bit. truly useless and frustrating. streaming? Fuhgettabout it. Streaming video: absolutely not. Just won't do it. streaming audio: it tries. Audio streaming is constantly interrupted and freezes. All my other devices work well on the same wifi network. Not this nextbook . EVEN PLAYING A SONG THAT IS IN THE UNIT's memory is slow to start. I just don't get that. In my opinion the great reviews you read for this unit are planted. I warned ya.

it is good for what it was for which was a two year old boy. its very slow to start up, and takes a while to download on, but he enjoys it and can change all the screens and pretty much go where he wants to on it. so all in all satisfied but not overwhelmed.

I bought this as a gift for a relative who is not tech savvy. She only wanted to read books, play music and surf the web so a 'name' brand wasn't a factor. With a lot of choices for Android based tablets. The device came to me so I was able to set it up for her and download Amazon Kindle and B & N Nook's app and Pandora for her. I think it's quite a little snappy tablet! :) It has enough memory for her and I believe she will thoroughly enjoy it once she learns how to use it! :)The only issue I have is that I choose to buy this item from Amazon because I do not like to shop with Walmart (due to their corporate practices) and I was willing to pay the extra to avoid them. When I received an email from my mailbox place that I have a package from Walmart, I was confused as I had not purchased anything from them. When I opened the box there was the sale slip showing the seller having bought the tablet via Walmart. I didn't want my money going to Walmart, but I can't change that.I'm sure my relative will love this tab!

I bought two of these used and they work great for the grandkids. The kids have a few games downloaded and they load great. I was able to Google with a decent refresh rate. It has Google Chrome and the updated Java and Adobe so you can use it for school or work.

It was a nice tablet, but be aware, some google play apps are not compatible with it. Namely the furby boom app, and the littlest pet shop app. There probably are others as well, but those were my daughters favorites, and we sent it back when we discovered she couldn't play those. I gave it 2 stars since it seemed like a decent tablet, but did not work for what we wanted it for. And you would think since it has google play that you would be able to use any app on the play store, so it's somewhat misleading. I was told it is considered more of an E reader than a tablet, and is more suited to those purposes.

I bought 2 of these tablets for our granddaughters, and after checking them out, I was hooked.I ended up buying one for my wife and I and haven't been disappointed one little bit yet.Being a gadget nut, I bought a few accessories from Amazon.com and they have all worked perfectly and seamlessy.I'd buy another in a heartbeat!

Brought this for my mom for her birthday. She loved it, I downloaded it with all the free games and apps she liked before I gave it to her so it was ready to go.
