A smart one
It depends on your internet connection and understanding the operation during set up. It simply a value for money pack. Camera angle is good but if they would have provided a wall mount assembly it would better for 95% coverage. Support team is helpful - i didn't find any issue regarding support. One can blindly go for this device, just ignore the negative comments- i just believe they got a very slow net connection.

Poor customer response
It’s not working after one month, unable to connect to my mobile and also rotary motion not working even no response from the big passport team.

Very poor built quality
Product quality is not good. I bought the item and memory card detecting some time only .start recording for few minutes and then stops.Again memory card should be reinserted to start recording.

Really wonderdul.
I was skeptical about this product first, but its really wonderdul. Good quality pictures. Variety of features. One can easily setup himself and view it live from anywhere in the world. Its really worth purchasing.

Waste of money don't buy.
Devive is ok but not equal to its price,Internet connectivity is too poor.Picture quality is not good as mentioned in specifications.Recording problem, connection problem, picture quality not good, memory card support problem, mobile application problem. It's worst product.

Good reception!
The iCloud stopped functioning after trial period. When microsd inserted the camera images are available. I have put in 64 gb card.

Satisfied
The product looks good. The performance is satisfactory. However the video streaming is good. It doesn’t support 5G as mentioned in the brochure which I came to know only after purchase. When the future technology is going to be 5G what to do with the product after that.
