These are great replacement rings. I honestly bought them because I liked the colors and the fact that it was a 3 pack. But they fit snug and work just like the original! No chemical smell and the feel both sturdy and flexible. Happy customer, definitely recommend! I just purchased the lid as well and I’m super excited to try that out too! Thank you!

Very pleased with new rings. Work great.Having colors allows for designating a specific ring for certain foods that create odors and won’t wash out (although I found putting the ring in the dishwasher resolved odors so far.) Love making baby back ribs in the instant pot, but the odor can be a problem and affect other dishes cooked in instant pot afterward.These rings fit perfect for my 8-quart model.Recently the IP lid would NOT slide to locking position. I read online to change the gasket and that worked! So glad for these extra gaskets. Thank you, Jess!

I thought I'd write a review because they were so kind to include a thank you note and everything. These are excellent quality. The silicone is legit and these seem even sturdier than the one that was included in the instant pot. They sealed perfectly, and this is a fantastic price for three sealing rings. One for savory, one for sweet (if I do anything sweet lol) and one for rice/yogurt. Maybe I'll use the sweet one for yogurt. Either way, I love these! And it's great that there's a black one. That way the meats and curries don't dye the silicone.

Three gaskets of different colors allow you to use one gasket for chicken, one for beef, and one for pork. They still permanently smell like what you cooked, but at least you can pair the gasket with the meat. These gaskets are a little stiffer than the one that came with the Instant Pot, but that doesn't seem to matter. They'll do until someone comes up with a gasket that doesn't take on the smell of what's cooking.

I used the black ring on my IP lux 8 qt. The ring fit well, easy to pull out the old one and put in the new. Gave my IP a new life! Now it comes right up to pressure, doesn't take forever like it used to.

I have used my Instant Pot for over 2 years without replacing my ring. It was stretched out and wasn't dealing reliably. I ordered this set of 3 rings and couldn't believe how fast they came. My first impression was that they seemed like great quality for the price I paid. Yesterday, used it for the first time and was impressed that it sealed like a dream! I was so glad to throw the old, stretched out one away. Update: I've been using my Instant Pot more recently- usually 1 to 3-4 times a day and these rings are working so well it has been a great purchase. I used to have to carefully place my old, stretched-out ring so that it was perfectly in the lid and these rings take all the headache out of getting the pot to pressurize.

This set was recommended by Amazon and I usually take their recommendations into consideration when ordering certain items.I am new to the instant pot world and I have made several sweet and savory dishes in it. In switching from savory to sweet, I would soak my silicone ring overnight in dish detergent and bleach and it completely removes any smells left on it. It was the only method that I tried that would remove them completely.Now I have 3 new ones for a total of 4. In the description it says, 1 for sweet, 1 for savory and 1 for spicy. We don't do spicy so now I have 2 for sweet and 2 for savory.I am very happy with this purchase and I don't have to try and figure out which ring is for what when I have 2 of one color and the other two will be used for the same things.Thank you Jess for the thank you note in the package! The price was very reasonable and the quality of the rings are excellent.I highly recommend this set of 8 qt silicone instant pot sealing rings. You can't beat the quality and the price!

Our instant pot was not pressurizing anymore with steem escaping through the lid. We replced the rubber with thisnproduct. The instant pot has been working well since. They are thick as the origonal and fit well and its good to have a back up piece. (8 sqrt)
