I was not finding any improvement in health after 10 days of starting this. I actually got a little issues with stomach and digestion. I opened and tasted powder inside one capsule to find out if it is genuine guggul. The powder tastes like guggul, as described in a lot of websites. But this does not seem to be guggul of right aging and right quality for benefits. Please don't buy from this brand. Guggul in general is good to increase metabolism. It is not proven to reduce cholesterol.

Few years back I fell light pain in the left side of chest. I consult doctor after thorough check up he told due to increase of triglycerides I feel pain. Then he give me a medicine for three month. But after that again I feel same pain. I have purchased this second time for my wife she was using Himalaya's brand and now she changed to this brand. She says quality is good because her BP levels are good.My only suggestion to the manufacturer is please provide 250 mg also.
