Item was Not New as Advertised
The pen works, but was NOT NEW as advertised. The box was taped shut with one piece of scotch tape. The interior packaging was damaged and the instruction book had a crease in it as if it was already read. Furthermore, someone messed up the file system as the test videos I made all went into a hidden folder. I had to figure that out after about an hour of troubleshooting and "unhide" the main video folder. To top it off, there was someone else's video stored there once I unhid the file!!!

Sold as new but package had been open. And the pen had been set up prior to me receiving it. The product is ok not happy with the company.

WASTE OF MONEY
This product does not work at all it does not charge it does not light up it does nothing,And they say I can NOT even return it.. WHY CAN'T I RETURN IT????

Crap Wasted my Money and TIME
i was so pissed that i waited to write this. the item wouldn't turn on four different people tried to accomplish this with no result. there is nothing else i can say.
