I communicated with Solaray after I sent you the reason I don't like the product. the ingredient called croscarmellose sodium is used they said for absorption, but I did some reading later and saw that it could cause bowel obstruction as it can swell to over 20 times when ingested. So, having gut issues, I don't want to use such a substance. thank you
