It was amazing to hear Joyce’s life story how it relates to her OCD. Some practical strategies for people to deal with their brain.I do not personally struggle with OCD to the degree the author describes. I am an avid reader of many new books that are released regardless of subject matter.

91 yr old Jackie Gellens shares her journey ... and secret having and dealing with OCD. It shows how far our society has come... that people don't have to hide for fear of being cast off. Great read.

This is a wonderful memoir that kept me interested the whole time. Couldn’t put it down!
