Cake Decorating Supplies - CK Products Write-on-Gel 12 Pack (White)

Took a chance and bought these for my son's diabetic kit. There's no nutritional info on the package, the CK website says 22g carb per tube. I tasted one and it was awful, it tasted like Elmers glue. I've tasted glue. I threw them all away and am buying the more expensive fruit gels sold specifically for diabetics. I don't know if this is what all frosting gel tastes like, but I would never put this on food for human consumption. We did play with them before dumping them, they write beautifully and it's a pretty, shiny white color though.
