Divorced From Velcro
After years of marriage to velcro I met Corset. She was a little stiff at first but eventually loosened up. Wish I would have met her before going through many types of velcro.On a serious note - my jean size is a 38 and I suspect my actual waste size is a 36 but never measured. By no means is my abdomen flat which is why I made the purchase. My abs probably protrude about an inch too much. Following the chart guidelines I purchased a XXX which was too big. Decided to be adventurous and exchanged it for a XL. The XL is tight, I can only use the first set hooks which is great. I’m now motivated to get to the 3rd set of hooks in a few months. The only decent alternative to the corset is the zip up vest which I also own.I highly recommend this waste trimmer. Very sturdy, sucked my gut in nicely. I guess the only unknown is how long the hooks will last. Start connecting the hooks from bottom to top. After connecting all of the hooks my preference is to move the hooks to my right side of mu body which give me a flawless look in the front.

Superb Product!
Five stars this is a top-of-the-line product it holds its place, it doesn't roll up, superb designers behind this product hands down all the way, only thing measure the size of your stomach because this thing really works, and if you get it too small you will feel it, it will be too tight, but if you get the right size my goodness it does its job.

Not effective
The rubberized interior doesn't produce much sweat for me. I did a back to back test with my old neoprene velcro belt - and the difference was very very notable. I think the only thing this waist trainer belt offers is a reduced capacity to breathe and dexterity test trying to get all the tiny hooks engaged. I also wore it inside out once, but that's because...well, it just happened ok? Didn't sweat much then either.

Too big
The 3xl is almost 3 inches larger than the description (from hooks to hook). The over all size is like 40in and not 35 like the size chart picture.

It's very comfortable. I looks and feel good under the clothes.The adjustments that can be made due to my weight loss.It's affordable and I would definitely buy another one.
