Fits Both of my Giant Dogs
I have two 140+ pound Newfoundlands. They overheat easily, and I like to have a pool around that they can get into to cool off. I have been using the kiddie pools from Walmart, but both dogs cannot use it at the same time. Plus, when filled up all the way they were not as easy to clean out as I wanted. This bone shaped dog pool fits both of my giant dogs (if they are both sitting or one could lay down while the other is sitting) and has a drain to make cleaning the pool easier. The box that the pool came in was pretty banged up, but the pool itself has nothing wrong with it and looks great. The neighbor's lab was here when I first filled it up, and she wouldn't go home until I drained the pool out. :) One last note, the pool bottom is a little slippery if a dog tries to run into it or through it. I may end up putting something on the bottom to help with that.

Perfect!
We adopted two Greyhounds last fall and knew they used to have some sort of water to cool off in the hot Floridian climate. I was about to purchase a kiddie pool for $7, but realized it would probably not last long. I try to be eco-conscious and could envision the broken pools piling up in the garage because I couldn't bring myself to throw them away! I did some research to find a pool made just for dogs that would be durable/long-lasting. This pool popped up in the search, but of course the price was an eye-opener. I found it on Amazon for a bit cheaper and decided to do it! Although it is not too heavy, it is a large size, so Amazon had it delivered via truck-delivery. I was really happy with the color as it is a pretty bright teal. And yes, it is extremely heavy duty and durable, and the best part is that the dogs absolutely love it!

draining me dry
I've wanted to order one of these for a long time. I finally sprung for one as a going away present for my last foster dog to have in her new home. I was so excited...until I started putting water in it and realized the drain leaked. I'm sure it can be sealed up. But you'd think for $247 the dang thing would hold water.

Nice, but over priced.
Overpriced for what it is. It's a nice doggie pool with a nice drain, but not worth the $200+ price. For that price tag, it should come with a cover (it's an extra $100+). My dog likes it, though :)

Dog pool or hooman pool?
GREATEST THING EVER. My dogs love this pool, I love it too. I sit in it with them when it's hot. I live in California, it's always hot. Cleans up easily and so far the dogs have not been able to chew through it, I swear that is their mission in life. Delivery was good and everything came in tip top shape. I'm as happy as one can be with a done shaped pool. Now I have more reasons to throw dog parties are my house. Yep, I'm THAT hooman.

Great pool for dogs!
The pool is great and our two labs love it. I will build a deck around it similar to what the pool manufacturer has on their website for in my opinion an outrageous price of $1999.00. Love the pool, but deck is priced too high.

Just One BIG dog at a time
Personally I love this Bone shaped Dog Pool. Its sturdy plastic, so my dogs can't chew it shreds. Its the ideal depth to keep them cool in the summer heat and it has a handy brass drain outlet so I don't have to fuss with it when I clean or drain it. However, it is just as described...suitable for just one Golden Retriever at a time. Challenging enough teaching my kids to share. If you have smaller or medium size dogs this is perfect...or even just one big dog.
