I recently ordered a red jacket that I had been eagerly anticipating. I was excited to add it to my wardrobe, but when it arrived, I was disheartened to find that it was a completely different color. Instead of the bold red I had chosen, I received a navy blue with red stripes.Upon opening the package, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The jacket itself seemed well-made and comfortable, but the color difference was a significant letdown. I had specifically ordered red for a reason—it's a color that complements my style and suits my needs perfectly.I understand that mistakes happen in the shipping and fulfillment process, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated. I had envisioned how I would pair the jacket with my outfits and now I'm left with an item that doesn't match my taste.I have tried to reach out to customer service about the mix-up, and i think they wont be able to help with the colour i want in short time,and it still doesn't change the fact that I am left with a jacket I don't want. I hope they will address this issue to prevent it from happening to others in the future.Overall, while the jacket itself may be of good quality, I can't help but feel disappointed by the color mix-up. I would recommend double-checking your order before it ships to ensure you receive exactly what you want.

I ordered full red colour,but got mixed colour one,product is good but I didn't get which one choose,so disappointed of negligence of dispatcher,,not happy

Must buy product. ....I fully satisfied with the product from inside and outside....it's perfect for my size usually S size will come for me but M is perfect for me ....so book one size large if you want .....thks to seller and to Amazon for an amazing deal.....
