Q: Would you be willing to sell rolls outside of a set so that we can mix and match colors we need, rather than having to buy full sets?

They REALLY should. I've no idea why they think this is a good business model. There are several colors I would like to buy from them, but have no need for the other colors in the bundle, so I'm not purchasing any. I did order ONE set that I badly needed a color of, but will probably be the ONLY time I'll do that. Seriously, they could have sold easily 6-12kg in rolls to me by now - and more in the future - if they'd simply let me pick the color I want rather than force 2 more down my throat that I don't need. Instead, they've sold me 1.5kg and I likely won't be buying any more. VERY bad business model.

Why would you buy one roll at a time? I'd say shop elsewhere.
