MULTI PURPOSE Protractor Square Rule Centre Finder Divider Drill Point Gauge

Bought this tool in case I needed to measure an angle of something I wanted to 3d print, and I liked that the rotating arm had a wider metal piece behind it, unlike many of the other stainless protractors. This is affordable and it works, however:1) the angle markings do not match reality. The rotating arm is slightly too narrow, so it contacts the measurement arc approx 1.5 degrees too low. It does not appear to be a centering issue, the -1.5 is constant throughout the 180 degrees of motion. Since it's consistent, I didn't feel the need to return it2) The stamping is very rough. Again, for the price this is fine, but I grabbed a piece of 400 grit and smoothed the edges (about one TV show of time)3) The inch measurements are slightly inaccurate from the end of the ruler. This is not a big deal to me, I have other rulers. However, unlike the protractor which could be fixed either by adjusting the tooling for the angle stamp, or by thickening the measurement arm, this would have to be a stamping adjustment, since it's adjacent to an accurate metric rule.So, if you want it, buy it! Just use a better reference and develop tares for the measurements.
