Like the fact that the planter will fit either 2"x4" or 2"x6" shelf, or can be used standalone on flat surface. Heavier gauge material than other planters we have used. Will have to see how well it resists color changes when exposed to sunlight for long periods. Other planters we've used have faded and degraded with exposure to sunlight over 2-3 years.

I found these in a local store and bought five of them. I loved them so much, that I decided to buy more so I could go around my entire back porch railing. The store was sold out, so I found them here. They are fantastic. They are stable on my wooden rail, even when windy. They are deep and therefore filling them with soil makes them heavy enough that they won't budge. There are 4 removable plugs in each one for drainage. I found that removing all four is too much, and that removing the two on the side away from my porch keeps the drainage off the patio. The design is perfect. It's attractive too!

Purchased three for my deck. They are sturdy, fit great and look nice. They have drain holes, that have plugs so you can choose how they drain. These are well made, not flimsy. Should provide many years of use.

Fast order and delivery on 8 units! Item and color exactly what I had been searching for a long time. Used 2 packaged river rocks from Dollar Tree per unit as weights that fills both sides of bottom (widest rail) . Each unit takes 22 dry quarts of potting soil minimum. After planting seeds and transplants, they look so sophisticated decorating the patio rail of our first floor apartment. Privacy was also added to our patio. Exceptionally made heavy plastic product that will last several years in Florida heat and sunshine.I recommend this product.

I got the last one of these at our local Menards last year, and they didn't carry them this year, so I ordered them here. They are working out just great on my front deck railing and have been very stable through windy days, and are deep enough for a good root system and don't dry out too fast, even in the sun there.I have them planted with purple Wave Petunias, hot cerise Pelargoniums (Geraniums), and Diamond Dust Euphorbia, and they're doing just great.

Exactly what I was looking for! Planning to grow herbs in these pots on our super sunny 2nd floor deck. Perfect fit. I will use screws to anchor them to the railing for safety of people below. There are also 4 plugged drain holes to use.
