It’s an OE replace part to fix a post that wouldn’t stay locked into the base anymore. Old one lasted 23 years so should be good to go until I die or quit using the boat

Seats still have a little wobble, but it's a huge improvement over the worn out bushingsPrice is silly high considering they're trying to sell pedestals. I'd never buy their proprietary bases again.

arrived very quickly and fit well. did take some pounding to get it all the way on the pedastal. used the old one to keep from hitting the post on the bottom. fit the base good.

Broke after 2 fishing trips
I had to replace my post bushing after nearly 20 years. The replacement part broke during my 2nd fishing trip causing me to fall out of the boat into the lake. Be cautious with this replacement part.
