NOTE: For this reason the manufacturer insist that all warranty work, for replacement, repairs be sent to them directly, the card and information is enclosed in the box you received your product in, it is under the 'BUCK' 4 Ever Warranty', hope this is understandable, that the company wants to handle all warranty work directly and not have you send it back to the dealer or seller, Thank you
