Misleading description, this is standard size blade
The description of this item is misleading as it says large blade but this is the standard size blade for the Pepe Jump Ring maker so medium or standard size is more accurate. I measured my broken blade before purchasing so I knew this was the right size but the description caused me a bit of confusion. There are only two sizes for the Pepe jump ring cutter blade and this is the standard replacement size, 1.25" in a new upgraded finish. The larger one is 1.5". If you have broken your blades like me, watch Nancy L.T. Hamilton's youtube video next time you are setting up your system as the device has its nuances but works well if you know how to use it. Happy to have free shipping on these from Amazon and fast prime delivery, yay!

These blades cut much better than any I’ve had!
These blades cut much better than any I’ve had...Better than any other white colored (steel) saw blades from any distributor or manufacturer, including PepeTools’ own standard blades. These PepeTools Tin-coated blades on a PepeTools jump ring maker can cut a 76 mm X 6 mm ID coil of 12 ga. (2 mm) half-hard Sterling Silver wire like butter! These blades are a little more costly but worth it compared turning an entire coil of silver into scrap!!! I’ll be buying more.See above some of my silver chain bracelets, the rings of which are made with the PepeTools Jump Ring Maker.

These blades last longer than regular blades
I like the durability of this blade when I cut jump rings

Don't use hard wire.
Make sure to only use this blade on metals labeled as "dead soft". If you use this product on any sort of hardened wire, such as for example copper picture wire, you will just break the blade.
