Baby Astronaut

I bought Baby Oceanographer and Baby Astronaut for my two year old granddaughter. She loves them both and is fascinated by the pictures and the new concepts. The back cover of each book has a little picture of the cover of other book, which she thinks is really neat. The books are easy for her to open and "read" by herself (before she demands that a grown-up read it with her). I'm eager to see the rest of the series when it comes out.

This book is absolutely adorable, and - along with Dr. Laura Gehl’s other books in the Baby Scientist series - a wonderful way to expose young children to various opportunities in the field of science! The book contains fun facts about activities that astronauts do and weaves them into a cute narrative that is engaging for toddler-aged children. The bold, colorful illustrations by Daniel Wiseman are a perfect accompaniment to the story!

Poorly written. The story makes no sense not even for a little one. Graphics are good, book size is good for a child.

Such a good book!! Our daughter LOVES this series: Baby Oceanographer, Baby Botanist, and of course Baby Astronaut. Get all of them, great for us (parents) to read to babies and then amazing when they come toddlers.
