Works great for thigh rash
I have a rash on my inner thighs that comes from my skin rubbing against itself while walking. I'm fine on short walks, but anytime I try to exercise or go on extended walks it becomes painful. I bought two of these and put them on. It's a bit tricky getting it all situated, but it works. The sleeves rub against each other and I don't feel any pain.Highly recommended. If you are getting these for the same reason, I recommend you get two. I've tried it with just one, and the other thigh will still become sensitive and painful since it still rubs against the sleeve. Covering both legs protects the skin.

A little loose but an effective aid to recoving an injured hamtring
I bought a medium size. I was on the border between medium and small, which suprised me as I am a former rugby player and skiier and have quite muscular thighs. I recently had a minor hamstring tear and was looking for some extra support at the point where I was ready to run again. The support works well. It is comfortable and I have had no tweaks at all in the muscle. The only thing I have found is that I have to wear it right at the top of the thigh. With being at the bottom end the size range, if I wear it lower it slides down when running. If I bought it again, I would buy a size smaller.

Size XL is not returnable
Beware some sizes are not returnable. Size large is returnable, but size XL is not. the Mueller thigh sleeve did not provide much compression for me in either size large or XL. I set up a return for the large size, but when I tried to return the XL size I found it it was not returnable. I was allowed to exchange, but the Medium was not available to try. Customer service was very helpful and a credit was processed to my account.

GREAT FOR A FEW HOURS OF WEAR
MUELLER MAKES GREAT, AFFORDABLE PRODUCTS. I HAVE THIS ONE, AND OTHERS FOR KNEES, ELBOW, AND ARM. THEY ARE MADE OF NEOPRENE, THE SAME MATERIAL AS A DIVING WET SUIT. THEY GIVE GREAT COMPRESSION. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF, YOUR SKIN IS DAMP WITH SWEAT. YOU HAVE TO TURN THEM INSIDE OUT TO DRY. THESE ARE MADE FOR WEARING A FEW HOURS, LIKE A SPORTING EVENT FOR EXAMPLE. FOR LONG TERM WEAR, LOOK AT SOMETHING NYLON AND / OR SPANDEX. I USE LOTS OF DIFFERENT COMPRESSION DEVICES, AS I HAVE VERY PAINFUL SMALL FIBER NEUROPATHY. THESE ARE GREAT QUALITY AND EASY TO PUT ON AND TAKE OFF. GREAT PRODUCT.

These work great
These work great - I've tried buying Velcro-based thigh wraps before, but they always fall down, and need constant re-adjustment. These stay in place and I don't have to think about it. I bought one of these, and liked it so bought another one. I use these for playing tennis - don't wear them all the time - just when I get a tweak in my hamstring, or on colder days. For reference, I bought a large size, and my thighs measure 24 inches at the top, and about 20 inches at the bottom of the wrap. I've had the first one I bought for 3 years now, and still works fine.

won't stay up after using for about a week
I liked the product at first. It kept my thigh warm and helped support. this is after a hip replacement. But I put it on this morning and it won't stay up. Waste of money.

Keeps the muscles warm
I strained my hamstring a few months ago, and although the MRI didn't show anything, I was still having pain over a month later. Deadlifts (how I injured it in the first place) were irritating it quite a bit, so I got this to see if keeping it warm might help. It's not tight enough for compression, but tight enough to stay on. I wear it during my warmups, and then take it off on my work sets so it doesn't get in the way. I've had a lot less pain using the sleeve, and will continue using it until I feel like I'm 100% healed (which at this rate may be never.)
