Perfect, if your plan is building a 90's vet clinic.

OK, Not quite what I expected.

The seller got the book to me in a week or less. The book was in great condition, brand new. I didn't know that it was a spiral bound book though. The book would have held up beter if it was a hard backed. But, it was my fault for not asking. The book was great and it was exactly what I was looking for.
