Brunswick Bionic Wrist Positioner XF- Right Hand

Q: I bought a 16 lb ball for cheap thinking I’d try to bowl one handed. Turns out 16 is a little too heavy. Would this help me hook the ball?

No, not really. The weight of the ball being "too heavy" is the first problem. Also, how has your ball been drilled? Conventional or finger tip. For the correct weight ball the device can work. The extended finger does give some bowlers problems and causes them to have to rotate their hand to the side of the ball to release it. This can be good for some but is not how the device is suppose to work. I have one and like it most of the time but I use it with my lighter balls. My heavier balls I use the Moro Pro Release. Which I have the regular and extended versions.

Q: I checked the chart for sizing. My length is right on the 7 1/4". Should I get the medium or the large?

On your dominant hand, measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your longest finger, in inches. (Size of Hand = Size of Positioner) 6 3/4" – 7" = Small 7" – 7 1/4" = Medium 7 1/4" – 7 3/4" = Large 7 3/4" – 8" = X-Large

Yes it helps keep your hand and wrist in place

Q: Does this brace have a release to flatten out for spares or do you have to take it off?

It has a quick release on the adjuster.
