Best $30 I Ever Spent For My Laptop
Durable aluminum construction. Adjustable for multiple laptop sizes. No big bulky cheap plastic cooling pad to lug around, which effectively defeats the purpose of the portability of the device I need it for. This stand folds up into a very compact form factor that fits perfectly into one of the pockets in my laptop bag, no fuss, no problem. No useless fans that generally never improve temperatures in any meaningful way that the fans in the laptop don't already accomplish themselves if they have ample room to breathe, not to mention promoting more dust and dirt getting pushed into the laptop vents, all at the expense of more fan noise and using up one of the already scarce USB ports on the laptop to power them, therefore no mechanical moving parts that will inevitably break or die. This is getting use with a 17.3" MSI Stealth GS76 laptop sporting a Core i7 11800H and a 16 GB RTX 3080 - This laptop gets mighty hot during gaming sessions, and sometimes even during general tasks when sitting flat on a surface. I already have to max the fans to 100% during gaming sessions so as it is. I'm always trying to prop something under the rear outer edge of the laptop to elevate it a little for better airflow, what a pain. This little stand has solved all my problems and really helps a lot to allow the fans in the laptop to work more effectively, pulling much more airflow through the vents underneath, as well as more room for hot air to exhaust away from it, and has such a small footprint where it makes contact with the underside so as not to block airflow into the vents. I get incredibly better cooling results with this stand. My only complaint related to this stand is directed at myself because I didn't get one sooner. It's exactly what I've had in mind and have been looking for.

Secure platform for your laptop
This Laptop Riser is very sturdy, adjustable, and portable. I like that the parts that touch the laptop are covered with rubber so no scratching the device. The angle is just right for typing. Folds small for carrying in the laptop case. All in all, a very good purchase.

PERFECT Stand/Easel for iPad Pro Artists and Creatives!
So since the iPad Pro release I've been on a mission to find a good stand to simple prop the iPad up a bit for sketching. I'm a product designer by trade so I'm not doing insanely intricate work (mostly concept sketching) and after years of sketching a Cintiq, I'm used to sketching at somewhat of an angle. I originally purchased a stand that was marketed as an iPad Pro/Macbook Air Stand from a much more expensive (almost triple the cost) and well-known brand, but it fell short in more ways than one. THIS, however, is perfect for iPad Pro sketching. It works so well that in fact, I'm going to also write the seller to make sure they add it to the description. The problem with the "other" stand(s) is they simply aren't portable. Why would you want to buy a huge clunky stand (yes it might be pretty and textured aluminum and Apple make it more appealing by offering it in their online store) and not be able to just throw it in your bag? The Steklo X-Stand features very well thought out design and construction along with the portability you want for the products it supports. I do have one small gripe however, and that is the "feet" at the bottom that stabilize the laptop (by your wrists if you were typing) are a bit long. They stick out above the edge of the iPad Pro but for MacBook Pro customers this probably wouldn't be a huge deal depending on what model/how you type. For me personally I will probably Dremel them down a hair shorter so they're flush with the screen (I'm on the fence though as they do offer a good place to rest the Pencil) and still do their job of holding the unit in place. In all reality the feet haven't really bothered me yet on a physical level (I've only been using it for a few days) so I guess it's more of an OCD thing. The feet and back supports are soft polymer that provide plenty of grip/stability and I don't see them scratching any type of metal, but I use a case regardless. If you're looking for a great way to prop up your iPad Pro for sketching/drawing/painting whatever, you've found it! Don't go blowing all kinds of money on a more expensive stand when it's simply not necessary and lacks portability. I've added some customer images for anyone who'd like to see it modeled with an iPad Pro.

Great little stand to help typing on a laptop and keep it cooler
This is a great little stand to slant a laptop for easier typing as well as to keep it cool. It's very compact and takes up almost no space in a computer bag for travelling, yet when it is opened up it is big enough to hold a 17" laptop. It's easy to set up and put away so it's no bother to use.The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the angle is not adjustable. The feet that go under the back end of the laptop can not be adjusted to different heights so that the user can find the optimal angle to slope the keyboard at. Some users might want a steeper slope while others might want a lower slope. The feet are large enough cylinders that I imagine machining threads inside and then using a screw under the plastic top on which the laptop sits the user could actually gain another 1/2" of height if desired but perhaps the designers wanted to save on cost.Other than not being able to adjust the height of the feet under the back side of the laptop, this is an excellent stand and the price is very reasonable!
