Good value for money
I was very surprised as it feels very really although it works by the electric pulse that it gives you on the shock points. You get the tingly sensations but actually enjoy it, it's almost like a massage therapy. Designed well and simple to use. The pads are sticking to skin well and they don’t cause any skin reaction or itchy feeling . Would recommend this product to anyone who doesn't have the time to do a workout.

I tried it without the padding, got a shock then tried on my sister. Lol I finally read the manual and realized I needed the padding but it's amazing after putting on the padding

Unexpectedly a good product for the money
This thing really works, it made me a bit conferenced because I put it on my under arms and wow. I increased the levels once once and it made my fingers react to the vibrations. I'm hoping it's safe to use. I used it on my abs once already. I ordered more adhesive just in case but I plan to use the arm ones on my side while I use the ab one at the same time. This stuff really works.
