This is an amazing bowl, however I did return an extra bowl by accident. I’ve order 4 of these bowl and returned 3 instead of 2. Since 2 of the bowls were missing the metal attachment. If this can be resolved by refund or a shipment of the product. Thankyou!

I absolute love the concept of Luumi. The product holds up to it's claims. It does well in the microwave and the oven. Having a reusable plastic alternative container is certainly something I want to have in my kitchen. After several uses I do not see any of the wear and tear that I would typically see on my plastic tupperware. Now to the negative, I do not like the fact that I can't easily store it in my cabinet, and I am not a fan of the closure mechanism. If I were to buy several more, I would want to ability to nest them in my cabinet to cut down on space, however I don't see how that would work, based on the current design. I find the closure is cumbersome, and it can be a struggle to secure if there is too much in the Luumi. Overall I really love the concept and I will continue to watch this company to see what products they come out with next. I will definitely continue to use this product, even with its limitations, it's still a better alternative to my plastic tupperware.

I loved that the food got hot while the outside of the bowl did not burn my hands when I removed it from the microwave. Folding it over for use as a bowl takes some getting used to and you need a long-handled spoon to reach the bottom. The metal sealer though is weird. Try as I may it is difficult to seal the silicone bowl with that. Once it is finally done with the pseudo metal film clapboard, it it air tight. Keep on working on that sealing design - it is very clumsy.
