This vest certainly makes you sweat buckets, fits really well, can't tell that you're wearing it even under a tight t, shirt. I think it will make you loose weight as sweating releases toxins that helps retain fat. Smells a bit at first but fine after a wash, just make sure you hydrate plenty during exercise.

Really works and making you sweat which should in turn help with weight loss if your following a training plan and eating properly.I wear a 10kg weighted vest when i run so put this sauna top on underneath and instantly felt the sweat build upNot the easiest to get off but no more so that a compression top, definitely buy a size up though which i did following other peoples advice

This vest does make you really sweat! I chose the small size, I'm a 30" waist and 36" chest. The fit around the chest is perfect but around my waist it isn't as snug, it's a little loose. However, this vest as I said makes you sweat and does support the back really well

It's very light weight and discreet. The best makes me sweat like anything. Very comfortable and ribbed edges is very nice touch as it does not itch at all. Very effective as it made me sweat 3-4 times more usual without it workout. Very happy with it indeed.

Warning: the first time I wore this vest for my 5km run I sweated buckets, this resulted in me becoming dehydrated and I found my run much harder than without the vest. Make sure you drink lots before excercising in the vest.So as you can tell this Vest Works. It makes you sweat exactly as advertised. I am not going to lay claim to any science behind this but their are plenty of articles online for you to research and you can make up your own mind. My personal view is it makes your excercise harder and thus improves your fitness. If you are fitter you can run harder and longer and will consequently lose more weight.I am a 180cm 85 kg man, and I followed the advice from the reviews and bought a size up. It feelsls a touch big, but trust me when you are sweaty this vest is hard to get off.TIP: pull from the bottom front to pull it up over your head turning the vest inside out.Wash the vest first, I wore white shorts and the dye from the vest ran I to my shorts. (It did wash out).

Terrible product, ordered a large and it wouldn’t have fit my 9 year old.Really badly made also, stay away and look else where.

I must say at first I was hesitant about the product as its not something I would use normally and due to pandemic I really needed to also try something new that would help me. Purchasing this product has really been worth it. I like the fit even though I wish it was a little tighter as a Large because if I took the medium it might not fit.Generally I am impressed with the product and will definitely visit the store again at a later time.
