Its is good for beginners.Who hesitate in gym but it is good and thickness is also so good.Product is value for money and helps in daily work out.It totally worth and also rods quality is good and things comes with this is also very good quality.

Loved the equipment! Decent quality and will make up for a nice workout session! Could have included a barbell instead of curl bar! That would have made the kit more practical, like who even does biceps! Lol!

I am going to share my point of view in this review.Will start with Cons1. It's made up of thin pvc material, may not last long and you cannot use this in the same way as you used the rubber or iron dumbbells.2. The pvc might be filled with sand and chances are there that it may come out.3. Inaccurate weight4. The pair of dumbbell rods are made up of plastic, hence you may not be that confident while using heavy weights.5. I received 2kg*8 plates instead of 3kg*4 and 1kg*4Now the pros1.price2. Best dumbbell set for beginners3. They can be detached and kept In a corner4. Best for home workout in this lockdown, atleast you will have something to keep you busy.Don't expect a top notch quality at this price online.If you are looking for a better quality then go and visit any gym equipment dealer, that will help you to get a good rubber dumbbell at a price of 100-150rs per kg.

So the set is pretty poorly made and isn't as advertised at all, but it's also low cost and will function decently enough.My issues:- The set is 8 x 2kg plates, not 4 x 3kg and 4 x 1kg- The PVC plates are soft and filled with sand, not great quality- Some plates aren't completely full, so the plates sag. This means the weight must be inaccurate and I'm concerned that these might break over time.- The dumbbell rods are plastic, not metal as in the photos, so I'm not sure how long they'll last or how safe they are.- The gloves are plastic, not leather- one of the clippers is smaller than the other, so it's really hard to clip on the curl rod- the ends of the curl rod are weirdly cut off and a bit sharp and dangerousI waited forever to get a gym set during lockdown, so I won't return this... but whoever is thinking of getting this should know what they're ordering.

The dumbbells are easily assembly one , and amazing product for beginners for doing workout. The packet consist of 4 plates of 2.5 kg , a gym towel , a gym gloves pair , bag to carry the dumbbells and 2 rods of dumbbells. The thickness of the rod is good and nicely gripable . Value for money for beginners to start the workout.

it is a best products for health care ,thw weights are well filled with sand and having comfortable design , Quality is excellent,for beginners it is a very effective and comfortable .it is a time saver product it is value of money .

The weights are filled with concrete and chances are there that it may come out and the dumbbell rod is made up of plastic so uh cannot use your dumbbells for push up purpose,it might break.Now,let's come to the curl bar which is very short and thin not good for biceps purpose,it should have been longer and heavier. The bag which uh get along with it is nothing and just a piece of waste,will not recommend this product.
