It’s a very nice napkin holder except for the fact that one side is loose. It’s nothing that can’t be fixed though.

This item was supposed to be a gift but it won’t be anymore because judging by the little pads, this has either been used and returned or not handled with care. The little pads were supposed to be black and they look grey-ish from the dust accumulated.
