Love it!
I thought I left a review for this already. Oops. I love mine! It doesn't tip over like my "third hand" does, it's sturdy, and the flexible arms allow me to use it for a number of things, not just soldering. I use it for gluing things now, too. The base has enough heft to it to not easily fall over. It fits well on my work table and still allows me to keep my soldering station close enough to easily reach it.

Sturdy weighted base, stays in place
Rubber tips are nice, doesn’t damage what it’s holding. Very useful.

Surprisingly high quality all around. Came with extra clips and clip jaw covers.One of the arms had a slight defect in the threading that attaches it to the base, but I got it to tighten after a couple of minutes.Regardless, 5 stars. Good purchase.

Sturdy base and well made
Unit is easy to assemble and base is heavy for stability. The alligator clip seem good quality and the rubber caps over their teeth is a nice touch. Came with 2 extra clips and caps for them.The only problem is it came here missing one of the locking nuts. See picture. Kind of disappointed with that.

Flexible and stable
Arms are very easy to position and they stay in place. Base is stable and solid. No wobble.

La base amarilla no es perfectamente plana. Otra chapuza china.Al poner las patas de plástico todo el invento se queda cojo, lo que invalida su utilidad.Voy a tratar de nivelarlo con una arandela de goma, pero esperaba algo mejor.

Estos brazos son multifuncionales. No sólo sirven para soldadura de circuitos, los puedes usar en macrofotografía, por ejemplo.

Well made and heavy
Surprizing quality, in my opinion. Base is heavy powder-coated steel, which will accept DIY magnetic board supports etc. Good quality rubber feet keep the unit in place on your workbench. The arms are made of flexible steel conduit which I find is superior to the segmented plastic ones. The alligator clips are very good quality and not flimsy nor easily bent or deformed, and are threaded onto the arms with good quality knurled nuts to lock them in the desired attitude. Bonus: the seller ships 2 extra alligator clips and several extra plastic socks for the jaws! Nice to see a quality product like this!
