The pouch is great but I believe there’s certain features that needs improvement. First thing is the waist strap. It is way too short and would not buckle if you have big waist. also, the pouch itself is slightly smaller than I thought, and it will not fit a full size binocular. however, pocket size or medium size binoculars fit well. overall, I think it’s a great pouch because you can wear it around the neck or across the shoulders and it feels very comfortable because all the weight is being transferred to the waist and not the neck which is a must have when you are continuously on the move.

Overall I like this chest pack for turkey hunting. There are a couple of things I didn't care for, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5. But overall I'm satisfied with it. The negatives: (1) As so many others have mentioned the waist belt is not long enough. I've gotten used to not needing by just wearing the neck belt. This works ok as long as you don't load too much stuff in it. (2) The pocket for the box call is WAY too small, even for a medium sized box call. You can get away with this by allowing the paddle on your box call to nag/swing freely outside of the pocket, but it's not designed for this. Somewhat deceptive marketing on this, I'm afraid. (3) The 3 little pockets for diaphragm calls are too small for standard sized calls to fit all the way into as shown in the Amazon photos. They must be children's calls or something. Again, this is deceptive marketing. (4) Lastly, the mesh pocket on the front started stretching way out of shape during my first season with this pack. As a consequence, I don't put anything of value in this pocket except for my scrubber for my slate pot call.

I have been using this several times a week for almost a year. Not sure how I managed without it. Everything is right where I need it to be whether turkey hunting, hiking or scouting or hunting. I use this more than any other single piece of hunting gear besides boots and binos. Fits vortex binos, range finder, some ammo, side arm, maps, keys, cell phone, sunglasses, compass & calls. (At one time). It's way more durable then I thought it would be, has held up to some punishing use.

Like many others have said the strap that's made to go around your chest is way too short. I wear a large in t shirts and not too big of a belly this time of year and it was about 12" too short, luckily I had some nylon straps from an old fishing float tube so I took off their clips and used that (I got the 1"x48" straps from Amazon for dirt cheap a few years ago) but it came in an open bag, wrinkled and crushed but plan on stuffing it with whatever and keeping it in the sun for a while in hopes it gets it's shape back. As far as the function of the pack, Im using it for saddle hunting and putting my tether, keys, and a few more small things in it that would be better in front of me while climbing a tree. Some suggested using the rear pocket for a CC pistol and my Glock 19 fits in it fine. As far as the rest of the pack, seems well made, zippers are nice and smooth with good size pull tabs, plenty of room for it's intended use which is Turkey hunting with pockets and pouches for everything you'd need for going in minimal. I plan on using it for the last few weeks of Spring Turkey instead of lugging my day pack with me. It fits my slate call, Owl call, range finder, Leatherman, small field knife and even a small pack of trail mix. I like the swivel clips and it's pretty comfortable around your neck. If you can fix the chest strap issue like I did or don't need it and wear it like a sling pack it's a nice little pack with room for a lot of stuff.

The box call holder wasn't big enough to put mouth call in,let alone a box call.

I have been using this as a chest rig for predator hunting. The main compartment holds the remote for my foxpro, the sides hold a wind checker, and the other pockets I have some misc items like ammo and a spare clip.The first issue, the lower belt will only fit a kid. I wear a 34 waist Jean and it was 1-2” from clipping. I ended up removing the supplied belt and buying an aftermarket from Amazon. I sent an email to the mfg, Allen with no response on the belt size, That’s at least -1 star.Second issue, I find that when climbing over limbs/fence lines and bending down, the magnets will allow the front pocket to open, this lets what ever is inside drop to the ground. This is -1 star.3rd issue, when wearing it as a chest rig, the straps are not comfortable. I have always wore a collared shirt, otherwise they will dig into your neck.Overall, I would not recommend this product, nor would I purchase another one. I am in the process of upgrading, and will likely use this as storage in my SxS.

The bag itself is nice, but the waist strap that’s suppose to go around the upper torso is so tiny I don’t believe a man and kid above the age of 16 could fit inside it.

Just received this and the item was all wadded up and wrinkled….bad..! The pack is smushed and all of the webbing is a complete kinked up mess.! If you plan on wearing this as a chest rig securely, you will need to add a longer lower strap. Lower strap is only long enough to buckle up around a leg or a six year old. I’m a 5’7” skater kid in decent shape - no belly…😂 no way this will buckle around my mid section.Other than that.. hopefully the wrinkles will relax as the construction is good. They just need to work on the packaging.
