Wish I’d found it earlier
Absolutely love this book. Full of info and ideas for the first years of your child’s life and wish I’d found it earlier (brought when my son was 12 months). Very informative and easy to read.

This is such a handy book to read add this to your collection!
Ive only started reading this book and know its a real gem! my daughters 2 and you can can just look up their age and pick up tips or look at things you could have done along the way to encourage talking. My daughter can say a few sentences but I just thought I should learn a bit more to support her. This authour knows her stuff and I love her examples and practical tips. I have been searching for a helpful book for talking and this was a good find!

Every child is different.
I brought this book as my grandchild is a late developer as far as his speech is concerned. The tips for encouraging a child's speech are relevant for early or late developers. Ideally, the book would be read by parents-to-be so that they were informed as part of their child's early development. However, it has made very helpful reading even at a much later stage.

Best book I've read on baby to toddler language development
Best book I've read on baby to toddler language development. The best thing is that you don't actually have to go through a whole book at once - it's divided by age group, so I've read each section in little steps. Could not recommend enough.

Not ideal for us as it did not help us.
It did not help us as we thought it will have children's pictures to help them develop better.
