I don't know about stain and clean up, no spills yet.

I appreciate that the measurements were very accurate. That was most important. However, buyer be advised. If the piece is a large size (mine was about 9’ by 11’) it will be folded in half before it is rolled and sealed tight for shipment. Thus, when unrolling, there will be slight raised creases where it was folded. But the good news is this - the creases do come out completely if you lay something very heavy and flat on top of it for a couple hours. I just happened to have an unassembled piece of furniture still in the box, which I moved around on the carpet until all the creases flattened out. Took some effort to get it to lay flat, but now I think it was worth it. Looks very nice and I’m happy.

I needed a 5 1/2 x 11 foot rug for the concrete floor in my small laundry room. That obviously needed to be custom made. This carpet arrived in a timely manner and was just as expected. The size was exactly correct. The edges were bound. The carpet arrived tightly rolled so it takes a little time to lay flat. Vacuuming helps restore the fibers to full length. I am satisfied with the product.

I ordered this product on Tuesday and it arrived at my house on Saturday. The custom cut fit exactly as I had planned. The area rug was in great condition and all four edges were professional edged with no sign of any cut or loose edges. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship of the product and how it can be customized to the needed size. I would highly recommend.

The rug is not the softest and it is not stain resistant. It breaks the cold up in my kids room and it's easy to clean.
