This was a beautiful feeder, until... the pretty red paint came off leaving it pretty ugly.I soaked all of my hummingbird feeders for a bit before I cleaned them to put out this year. The bright red coloring on the outside of this feeder began dissolving. It's not red glass, it's glass that has been painted red. If it had all dissolved it would have just been clear glass and that would have been OK. But it only dissolved about half of the paint. So, it's dull and splotchy. It really looks like a mess! But the good thing is... hummers do not care :-) they still like it the same.SO... Just don't soak it in soapy water or scrub on the outside too hard.

Product received was exactly as the seller described. It came with directions on how to fill. I had the feeder out for about one hour and my first hummingbird arrived. I gave 4 different types for hummingbirds eating from this feeder.

I love the size and the pink color. Took only 1 day for the hummingbirds to find it. Glad it is glass very easy to clean and fill.
