I’m not very “tech savvy” but this was very simple to understand. Ya plug it into your car jack, find a radio station that recognizes it and you’re good to go. The only problem is I can’t find the buttons to change from one thing to another or like I said, I’m not tech savvy at all and I’m probably not doing something correctly. The price for what I got is great and I’d recommend buying it.

Of all of the similar devices touted by Amazon, I chose this one based upon it's ability to handle Aux input and it's ability to connect to 2 Bluetooth devices. I like the simple, straightforward design and everything I read said that it would be exactly what I need.In my case, finding a radio station for the device to connect to is nearly impossible. I'm using this in a high-end Toyota Prius, and I can't find any frequency to use where the sound quality through the device is acceptable. I've traveled the entire spectrum several times, and with every choice I get varying degrees of static and hiss, and the quality of the music is either bad or reduced so much in volume that it's unintelligible. To date, I've not been able to get the Auxiliary input to work, either... I know that my external device (and Amazon Alexa Echo Auto) is providing the proper signal based upon tests with other devices, but it seems that nothing is picked up by this transmitter. I have had SOME luck using the Bluetooth function to connect both my phone and the Echo device to the transmitter, but again the qualify of the signal is so bad that it's nearly impossible to hear even at the highest volume setting on my radio.My smartphone is an iPhone 6SPlus, and I have been able to transmit some music from the phone to the device, but again the quality is so bad that I would never use it in this fashion. Think AM Radio, but 10 times worse.Do I have a bad device, or is this representative of the product line? I don't know, but I can only review what I have. I continue to play with the device when I have time, hoping that I can find a combination that works effectively. Failing that, this will likely become one of those gadgets that ends up in the junk pile. The cost was low enough that I likely won't expend the effort to return it. At some point I'll have to try to find another solution.UPDATE 10/14/2019: After spending a good deal of time tweaking the setup, the device is now working properly. The sound quality isn't quite as clear as I'd hoped, but now it DOES work. I had to eliminate the AUX Input into my device and routed all of the output from Alexa through my iPhone, and adjust the volume for Bluetooth output at my phone (which is a different setting from the normal volume level.) Now, if I could only get Alexa Auto to work!

Works good and my phone auto connects once I turn on my car.Only thing bad is the plug was so tight that when I went to take it it pulled out my whole plug from my car which is terrible. I suppose they do that so it stays in the right position while plugged in.

It say to program radio to transmitter frequency which mine is 88.0. My radio will go to 88.1 not 88.0. USB music does not come in. Very disappointed.

This is the product that is awesome. If you have an older car with an older type radio, and you want to listen to stuff on your phone, then this device is for you.
