Prepworks from PrepWorks PKS-730 Dishwasher Safe 2 Cup 2 Serving Leftover Soup & Food Storage Freezer Pod Tray with Silicone Lid, Blue & White

I bought two of these. They are perfect for freezing liquids and then moving them to a vacuum sealed plastic. I do not recommend these for long term storage because the silicone over the top does not form a tight seal. Freeze foods in these like you would an ice cube tray then pop them out and vacuum seal in plastic. I use these mostly for my homemade spaghetti sauce.

We love this brand for making FROZEN MEAL PODS. The quality is excellent. They are sturdy and easy to arrange in the freezer without TIPPING. The frozen PODS RELEASE easily. Meal Prep is a LIFE SAVER to help manage through busy weeks. We have other kinds, some are cheaper, but these are our FAVORITES. RECOMMEND!!

Great way to store food made with a vitamix, slow cooker, or instapot for a later day. I love blending the healthiest vegetables I can find and then pouring it into these containers so I can have premade smoothies throughout the week. Saves a ton of time.

I thought I would try this tray before I bought another one.. I will absolutely be purchasing another tray. This works perfectly to freeze my homemade dog food.Each cup Wipes out easily between washings. And the lid stays sealed.Just Bought 3 more. Better than wasting plastic bags and more convenient. Easy to remove cubes from tray.

Yes, it works and has proven far more useful than I'd anticipated. Tired of my lentil soup? I can put the extra into these cubes, pop them out in a day or two, stick in freezer bags and label them and then use the thing again for steel cut oatmeal, soup, lots of stuff. I'm finally not wasting leftovers that I actually like, and it makes day to day meal preparation easier when things are busy, plus helps me keep a bit more variety in terms of what I eat each day. Yes, this gets my Quality of Life Improvement Award, thank you! I'm now experimenting with cutting out the side of cartons so I can stack these and find them more easily. This works but I don't like the shape. The pods are not very deep so when you have a hearty soup the filling doesn't fit well. Also when you take the frozen soup out of the pod it is too wide to fit in most bowls. I like to put it in a bowl, defrost in microwave and then eat the soup out if the same bowl.

An Australian tablespoon is 20ml. Each pod is 29.5ml - so 2 x 15ml tablespoon per pod. So Australian buyers take note. Not a deal breaker but would have preferred 20ml. This is quite long - inconveniently long in fact - will only fit sideways in my large freezer drawers - which is a nuisance. The trays are not flexible - so they can't be bent to pop the frozen item out - you need to wait a bit for them to thaw slightly. Worst of all the lid is not a tight seal. Unless you are super careful liquid will spill out - so that makes them quite useless for things like stock, juice, milk, water. I only use them for left over tomato paste which is a bit thicker so less likely to leak. There are many, many, many products available that are way superior to Prepworks freezer pods. I would never buy Prepworks freezer pods again and regret I did not return them.

um item que ajuda muito na cozinha. Já usei para congelar extrato de tomate, molho de tomate, molho pesto, ervas com azeite , ervas com água etc. É muito prático de retirar os "cubos" depois de congelados, fácil de lavar e vai na lava - louças. Tem um detalhe muito interessante, quando retira-se o produto congelado, o cubo congelado vem com a gravaçao em relevo da medida. Assim quando você vai fazer uma receita e precisa usar uma determinada quantidade de ervas ou outro tempero, você tem a referência de quanto tem em cada cubo. Adorei!!!

Anything leftover can be put into these pods.Removing them is easy. You need to be aware that these trays are not very flexible and are not intended to undergo the TWIST action normally applied to ice cube trays. I find that a minute or two after removing from the freezer I can gently flex the tray and because of the super slick surface of the pods, the frozen content slips out easily.

No point in the lid that it comes with. Tried to put chicken stock in this and I was transporting it the simple motion of carrying it had to leaking everywhere. Maybe would be good for solid materials but garbage for anything liquid.

I bought these because I wanted to keep small amounts of liquid frozen without having it shrink from freezer burn. I filled the cups (left room for expansion during freezing), fitted the covers and placed them in the freezer. 24 hours later, the covers on both units were popped up along the sides. The liquid did not rise enough to cause this so I can only conclude that the silicone somehow expanded and couldn't keep an airtight seal. I returned them for a refund.
