Pilot Kakuno Demonstrator nib F - Fountain Pen

Bought for practising Japanese writing systems, This fine nibbed fountain pen is perfect for all the intricate detail some Kanji have and for writing in small spaces.The pen is actually made for children and has a delightful smiley face on the nib to show children they have it the right way around.I love that clear casing - at a glance checking for ink quantity!The ink flows smoothly and doesn’t flood or blotch.Cartridges are simple to put in - just push right in, do not twist (all the instructions are in Japanese but it’s straightforward).Cartridges run out very quickly so I recommend you purchase replacements with your new pen. I had to order them within a week. The ones you need are in the photo with the pen.With a fine nib it can seem a little scratchy on some paper but on better quality paper it’s fine.This is an honest, not for reward, review.
