Polarized Sunglasses with Flash lens APL75

Great Pair of Sunglasses for the price.
These are my second pair of sun glasses. I fell down some stairs one time and broke my first pair, you'll be happy to know that the lenses themselves did not break but the frame did crack in the middle. It was a hard fall and I'm surprised that the lenses didn't break as well. I didn't want to cough up the money for an expensive pair of polarized glasses, so I used regular shades for a while. After a few months though, I needed the polarization so I re-ordered the same pair! For the price, they really can't be beat! They really are polarized, I double checked by going into one of those fancier stores and looking at an image they place on the wall. If, with your sunglasses on, you can see the turtle then you have a pair of polarized glasses- I saw the turtle! The sunglasses were light on my face, didn't hurt my ears and over all fit great. They weren't too small but at the same time they weren't oversized! Really happy with them, thats why I went back and got the second pair!

Polarized Sunglasses
They're attractive and comfortable, and they fit well. The price was right, and they arrived exactly on time. The only downfall is that they don't cut the glare as well as I had expected. Maybe my eyes are just too sensitive to light. All in all though, I'm happy with these glasses.

good buy
Got these for my wife. At first she thought they were cheap because they are so light weight. Turns out they are well made and comfortable to wear. Nice polarized lens. Look great on her as she prefers l this style of sunglasses.

A little lighter weight than I expected for the price, but could be a plus.
These sunglasses are a little more light weight than I expected for the $21 that I paid for them. I could be wrong about this point, though. The frame may be thinner than department store glasses, but the plastic is flexible. This keeps them from squeezing my head like some hard plastic frames do and it could keep them from cracking if they get squeezed. The light weight may turn out to be a plus if I wear them driving for long periods.I got the amber lenses and the yellow really brightens things up like the old 'Blu-ray' brand used to advertise. The sticker on the lense says 100% UV Protection, Polarized. The polarized lens cuts the glare as it should and there's a tag on them that says they are "Scratch Resistant Hard Coated". I usually put my sunglasses carefully inside my purse, but they get jostled around, so the scratch resistance will be nice if it performs. The arms of the glasses don't swing around, so there's no one-handed flipping the glasses open to put them on like my older, worn pair. That's neither a plus or minus. I just wanted to mention it. The tortoise design doesn't show much. Basically, they look just like the picture.I'll have to put them to the test on the road tomorrow.----> Wore them on the interstate to work this morning and found that things are very slightly blurred by the lenses. Just to make sure I wasn't imagining it, I compared them to my other sunglasses, switching back and forth. It is very slight, but it is something that I notice and know that it will bother me. I'm returning them.

Closer to true life color for me
I first bought the amber lenses and they work great for cloudy or rainy days, but too yellow for sunny days. This is perfect for those blazingly bright sunny southern california days that make you squint. Unlike the ambers these dim the light without the weird color wash. Polarization is an absolute must as my vision isn't great and to have the right balance of light and contrast is a big deal. I've tried expensive brands such as Maui Jims. True those lenses are superior because of the glass process, these are an excellent, economical alternative that you don't have to fret about breaking or losing because you spent a fortune on it. Uh, and I look exceptionally good in them. ;p

Cheap Quality!!
I bought these based on so many good reviews. I was expecting some great sunglasses here. Be aware that these are cheap quality plastic. The same thing you'd get from a sidewalk street vendor. Cheap hinges, etc. if you want sunglasses for fashions sake only...then by all means. If you want to have glasses that will last for awhile, and will nto hurt your eyes...then keep shopping.

Narrow Bridge - be warned
The glasses are very lightweight, meaning they are not overly sturdy. What do you expect at this price? They really are polarized, and look pretty good... but the piece over the bridge of the nose is short. VERY narrow. If I'd tried these on in the store, I would not have bought them. I love big glasses and have a pretty big head admittedly, but I do have a lot of designer sunglasses and none of them have a bridge this small. Just be warned.

Great Sunglasses!
I recently found myself having to replace sunglasses I've had for about 15 years. I wanted to make sure the new ones protected against UVA/UVB and were polarized. It's hard buying sunglasses without being able to try them on first, but I settled for these because of the nice large lenses and the protection they provided. They are very comfortable.. amazingly so.So many sunglasses seem to be too tight or too loose or the temple pieces are too long or short, these fit just right. They gave very good protection against the very bright sunny days and I had absolutely no glare thanks to the polarization. I'm very happy with them. They are great in every way and the price was perfect.
