I have been taking these capsules for a couple of years now, as far as I can tell them seem very effective

Good stuff
I have found these tablets helpful over the last year in reducing the symptoms of age-related arthritis in my hands: I am sure that the effect is actual rather than coincidental because I have trialled this intervention over several years - year on, year off etc. I award 4 stars rather than five because the tablets are too large for me to swallow safely: I use a small pestle and mortar to crush the tablets first. The taste is ok but I use a teaspoon of marmalade to help them go down! - My Mary Poppins moment...

Wasn't a believer until I started taking them
Someone advised me to take these because of my knee pain. I didn't think for a moment they would work, but now I'm advising other people to take them as I now swear by them.
