Bought this to replace one that someone had purposely broken. Works great and might even be better than the first one.

This video doorbell would not connect to my network in order to get it to work. I tried several times with no luck. Mobile app that I download for it stated that the device was not compatible and I needed to download an older version. I gave up on trying to get it to work.

We had an electrician install it so I can't speak on that, however, it was easy to download the app and the app is pretty easy to use. My only complaint is that by the time I receive notification on my phone that someone is at the door, they are already down the driveway and I can't speak to them. The images are clear but there is a significant delay.

I have tried Other brands and this is the second house where I have gone with skybell. I love my doorbells! Highly recommend. The motion detection could use some improvement, it catches a bit more than I would prefer.

It misses activity and even with a POE installed within 5 feet often won’t connect live. These have a known problem with the pics and videos being streaky and weird colors. Their customer service was unable to resolve the issues and has stopped returning my communications.

Second one. I broke the first one but the quality is great.
