I got pimple-like, mosquito-bite-like bumps all over my body, including my face. Not too many like allergy but noticable. So, I stopped consuming it for a while. It confirmed that these pills are causing it because I consumed it another time and that too after 3-4 days of gap. Just 2 pills caused me pimples again. Never buying it again. Not sure if that will be suitable for others. It may be, it may not be. But it's at buyer's own risk.My guess is, its omega-6 content might be causing me inflammation. I required 1000 mg omega-3.
