Due to medication I can not absorb certain vitamins through my food. This way it absorbs in your mouth. Really helped me feel myself again. Taste could be a bit nicer but does the job after a few days use.

B12 is wonderful - if you're low on energy or you have some brain fog, you may well be low on B12, and if you don't like swallowy supplements, liquid sprays are your best bet.Taken sublingually, too (sprayed under the tongue) it enters the body quickly and bypasses the digestive system.But, I didn't love this. It's labelled as raspberry flavour, but it was a sort of musty sweet, mildly fruity flavour - just not very pleasant. I didn't mind the texture (not oily, at all, thankfully) but the flavour made it a bit difficult to take and I'm just going to stick with swallowy tablets.

Tastes fine I assume it works fine because I feel fine. Beware when comparing it though as the stated dose requires 2 pumps of the spray, so it only lasts half as long.

There is an artificial sweetener in this product, Xylitol, and it’s not listed anywhere!! It gives me diarrhoea. Gee thanks! I want my money back.

I started taking spray vitamins sometime ago and l prefer them to taking tablets.This vitamin B12 is no exeption. I have been Vegan for 5 years and this is a vitamin that Vegans can sometimes be deficient in, and l am happy to say l am not.This has a pleasant tasting light raspberry flavour.With just a few sprays under my tongue in the morning and l am good to go.Much better than tablets, which can make me sometimes feel nauseous on an empty stomach. l feel the spray offers more absorbancy, and the spray lasts just as long as taking 2 tablets so good value for money too.

I have never tried Vitamin B12 before but would love something that may give me more energy.1. You get a 15ml brown glass bottle, with a black plastic pump dispenser and a clear plastic cover, within a branded box that has instructions, ingredients and details printed.2. The dose is 2 sprays per day, preferably on an empty stomach. However, the 1200 ug equating to 48000% of the Nutrient Reference Value it gives you, seems rather an excess amount to me. I have been taking 1 spray per day and I think my energy definitely has been given a boost. Either that, or it has given me a placebo effect, I can't tell for sure. I love that it is a spray - simpler to take than tablets.3. It has got a very pleasant flavour - natural raspberry. Not sweet, although it has got a little Xylitol sweetener in, it doesn't taste sweet to me. Xylitol is one of the sweeteners that doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste in your mouth, which is good.4. It is made in the UK, vegan suitable and should be consumed within 90 days. The best before date on my bottle is 12/2023.5. The current price of £10.99 is fine, in my opinion.
